Turning spare room into Master En Suite

An old Amish farmhouse, so rooms are connected weirdly. The room joined to the master, we were looking to make that into the En Suite; bath and walk ins. The room available is 15ftx12ft, but could be more if needed. We will be doing the reno ourselves and looking for an idea of costs. Wanting tiled shower, garden tub, and double vanity. The floors are hardwood currently and we would prefer to tile the bathroom. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
