Kendra Wilkinson and baby Hank’s family bath time

Kendra Wilkinson and her 3-year-old son take baths and showers together — naked, of course. Are you shocked? Horrified? Or applauding her ability to multitask? Two clean bodies at once is efficient!

While mother and son bath time isn’t where Kendra imparts knowledge on the birds and the bees, per se, there is, quite naturally, discussion of boobs and other body parts.

“I mean, come on, I take showers with my son. I take baths with my son. We are fine. Everybody has boobs,” the former Playboy model and ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner shared during a radio interview Monday.

“We’re all human, and I look at that side of things,” she continued. “I have a humor side. I have a very strong humor side, and of course people see that as very serious, but I’m not serious at all. It’s a very funny thing, and we’re all gonna survive.”

“Don’t worry, don’t panic,” she went on to advise. “If you’re kid sees boobs it’s going to be OK. Just explain to them, ‘We all have boobs!'”

Though she sounds very comfortable with bathing together, the 27-year-old sounded less sure of herself when baby Hank recently discovered a nude photo of her on his father, Hank Baskett’s mirror.

Family nudity is not only tricky, but ever-changing, in my experience. While I can recall bringing a child or two into the shower with me in my sons’ younger years (or tossing them in with their father), it feels like it’s been ages since we’ve done so. They’re now 6 and 8, and neither the husband or I bathe with them any longer, and probably haven’t since the eldest was maybe 4.

It wasn’t a conscious decision, rather a natural progression to more modesty. The boys still occasionally see me changing, but I prefer to have privacy. I’m no Heidi Klum.
