Great Room – 24’x15’ sunken living room with floor to ceiling water views and sliders to the heated pool and dock – a peaceful room for relaxation and inspiration.
Game/Media Room – 25’x19’ in the lower level with great views of water and door right out to the yard. Have fun playing pool, watching movies on the flat screen TV or playing Wii.
Screened in Porch – 12’x19’ located off the living room. Breath in the fresh air and take in the water view while enjoying your morning coffee.
