As a busy Mom, time to myself has become noticeably less in recent years. I try not to complain too much because I adore my children but I also remember with great clarity how much time to myself that I used to have before becoming a mom. There were days when I could lay around doing absolutely nothing or curled up in bed with a good book but those days are long gone. Advocates for victims of human trafficking are urging Central Oregon businesses to post information about how to escape in their bathroom stalls before the total solar eclipse later this month.
